Own the remodeler
your city trusts.
Home Remodel Pro is opening territories to owners who want to run a design-build remodeling company the way the Austin flagship does — one fixed price, their own carpenters, and software that runs the office so they can run the business.
- 4.9 from 280+ homeowners
- 600+ remodels completed
- 5-year workmanship warranty
- FDD on request
the ones you open with.
What you open with on day one.
Most remodeling franchises sell you a name and a binder. This one hands you the sales instrument, the operating system and the reputation the flagship spent years building.
A sales system that closes
Fixed-price bids, a homeowner deal room with their own kitchen rendered in the finishes they picked, and a follow-up cadence that runs itself. The flagship converts on it every week.
The platform is the playbook
Every territory runs the same software from day one: lead routing, estimating off a maintained price book, scheduling in working days, change orders, purchase orders, the homeowner portal and the money rails.
An AI workforce on your side
After-hours leads get answered, qualified and booked while you sleep. Photos become scopes, scopes become estimates, and the office work that buries a one-truck remodeler is done before you open the laptop.
A brand with proof behind it
The Austin flagship carries a 4.9-star rating from 280+ homeowners, 600+ completed remodels and a 5-year workmanship warranty. You open with that reputation, not a blank page.
HQ that actually operates
Territory benchmarks, royalty statements that reconcile themselves, and a live network dashboard — so a new owner sees what the best territory does and copies it.
Boringly reliable money
Draws, payments and payouts are the most-tested code in the platform. Homeowners pay milestones online, lien waivers gate the final invoice, and your cash shows up when the work does.
The biggest trade in home services.
Still run on a legal pad.
Americans spend roughly half a trillion dollars a year improving and repairing their homes, and remodeling is the most fragmented large trade in the country: owner-operators with a truck, a reputation, and no system. Homeowners can tell. They interview four contractors, get four vague numbers and pick the one who wrote something down.
That is the whole opportunity. A remodeler who states one fixed price, shows the homeowner their own kitchen finished before demo, and keeps a written schedule wins the job in a market where nobody else does. The flagship proved it in Austin. The franchise is how it happens in your city with your name on the truck.
- Industry spend figure from the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies
- Fragmented competition: mostly unbranded owner-operators
- Big tickets — kitchens from $45k, whole homes from $150k

Every figure below is published in our Franchise Disclosure Document, which you receive before discovery day and at least 14 days before anything is signed. We do not quote them anywhere the FDD does not, and you should be wary of a franchisor who does.
Financing: we can introduce you to lenders who work with home-services franchises. Ask on the discovery call.

Why we are franchising, and why carefully.
I built Home Remodel Pro backwards from the way homeowners get burned: a low bid, a vague scope, a remodel that drags months past every promise. The fix was never charisma. It was a system — the price fixed before demo, the schedule written down, the carpenters ours, and software that made all of it the easy way to work instead of the hard way.
Once the system existed, the question was obvious: why should it only work in Austin? Every city has homeowners interviewing four contractors and picking the one who wrote something down. Every city has a good remodeler running it all on a legal pad. The franchise exists so the second one can become the first.
We will open territories slowly, with owners who will be on site and in the community, because the name on the truck is the only thing we have that a competitor cannot copy. If that is you, I would like to meet you in Austin.
Austin, TX
What candidates ask
before the discovery call.
The honest version. Anything not here is a question for the call, and the figures are in the FDD.
Do I need remodeling experience to own a Home Remodel Pro?
Not personally, but someone on your team does. Our best-fit owners are either contractors who want a sales system and an office that runs itself, or operators who can hire a strong production lead and let the platform and the playbook do the rest. What we cannot teach is showing up: the owner is on site and in the community.
What does the franchise actually include?
The brand and its reviews, the fixed-price sales system and homeowner deal room, the operating platform (lead routing, estimating, scheduling, change orders, purchase orders, the homeowner portal and the money rails), launch training in Austin, and ongoing coaching against network benchmarks. You bring the crew and the local reputation; we bring everything that took the flagship years to build.
How is a territory defined and protected?
A territory is a defined set of ZIP codes, and every lead the brand takes inside it routes to its owner with a first-response clock on it. The exact boundaries and the protections that come with them are spelled out in the Franchise Disclosure Document and the franchise agreement, not on this page.
What does it cost to open?
The initial franchise fee, the total initial investment range, the liquid-capital requirement and the ongoing royalty are published in Items 5, 6 and 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document, which we send you well before any decision. We do not quote those figures outside it, and you should be wary of any franchisor who does.
How long does it take to open?
From a signed agreement, the launch track is built to have a new territory taking its first estimate within two weeks of going live on the platform. The full ramp — hiring, vehicles, the first crews — depends on your market and how much of the business you already have; most owners should plan on a quarter.
Will I get leads from the brand?
Yes. Every lead that comes through the brand website inside your territory routes to you, with attribution, and the platform tracks your response time on it. You still have to sell them — the deal room makes that easier, not automatic.
Can I own more than one territory?
Yes. Multi-territory owners are welcome once the first territory is performing, and the platform is built for it — one login, every location, HQ-grade benchmarks on each.
Is financing available?
We can introduce you to lenders who work with home-services franchises, and the discovery call is the right place to ask about it. We do not arrange or guarantee financing ourselves.
What happens at discovery day?
You come to Austin. You ride along with a crew, sit in on a sales visit, watch the platform run a real job, and meet the people who will train your team. It is a two-way interview: you are deciding whether this is your business, and we are deciding whether you are the owner we want carrying the name in your city.
Tell us about your market.
No pitch deck, no pressure. Say where you are and what you have in mind, and a person from the franchise team calls you back within two business days.
